1. Local Processing & Financial Data Confidentiality
Sharp Intell Technologies LLP respects the paramount legal privilege between Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and their corporate clientele. When utilizing SI Filings Pro desktop software, PDF parsing and Word extraction are conducted directly between your machine and high-security enterprise AI inference servers (Google Gemini / Groq). We do not persist, harvest, or resell client financial statements on our billing cloud.
2. Cloud Account Information Stored
To operate our universal billing meter and Smart Duplicate Shield, our cloud backend (hosted on Vercel and Neon PostgreSQL) securely records only: your firm name, business email address, assigned cryptographic license key, transaction receipts, and filing audit timestamps (CIN and Financial Year identifiers).
3. USB Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Protection
Our automated Chrome Extension bridge operates strictly via local host loopback (http://127.0.0.1:8765). It does not access, interrogate, or transmit hardware USB cryptographic tokens or passwords to external servers under any circumstances.
