Customers are strongly advised to utilize this complimentary quota to verify application performance, AI OCR extraction accuracy, and MCA Web Portal compatibility on their workstation prior to purchasing additional credit bundles.

2. Digital Credit Purchases & Refund Eligibility

Due to the instantaneous digital nature of SI Credits deposition via PhonePe Payment Gateway or Direct Business UPI QR, payments made for credit top-up packages (Professional or Enterprise bundles) are generally non-refundable once applied to the firm's cloud account wallet.

3. Exceptional Technical Billing Anomalies

If a payment transaction results in a double-deduction from your bank account due to network timeouts while generating a single invoice, or if a confirmed UPI transaction fails to credit your cloud wallet within 24 hours, please submit your transaction reference ID to our support team. Verified billing discrepancies will be fully refunded to the originating bank account or UPI ID within 5 to 7 business days.
