1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or utilizing SI Filings Pro software and cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the software.

2. Professional Responsibility & Statutory Accuracy

SI Filings Pro is an artificial intelligence automated parsing and RPA tool designed solely to assist Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and financial professionals. Users remain completely and solely responsible for verifying the numerical accuracy of all generated financial figures before attaching digital signatures or uploading documents to official Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) or Tax Authority web portals.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Credit System & Smart Shield

Filing automation is metered using SI Credits. Our Smart CIN + Financial Year lock-in algorithm protects users from duplicate credit deduction when re-generating filings for identical companies within a 30-day window. Unused credits retain their value indefinitely in the user's cloud account and do not expire.

4. License Integrity & Security

License keys are issued per firm or individual practice. Attempting to reverse engineer the desktop application, modify local API verification headers, or tamper with the Pay-As-You-Go meter will result in immediate cancellation of license key access without refund.
